RVT Process Equipment GmbH has been producing components for mass and heat transfer processes in the chemical, petrochemical and refinery industries as well as for environmental applications since 1976. The RVT team used our naosIN image-based inline sensor in joint tests.

We look forward to welcoming you to our stand! Here we will show you how our optical imaging inline sensor technology is setting new standards in chemical engineering – for greater transparency, efficiency and process understanding.

On 1th April, we officially launched the second funding phase of our development project as part of the EXIST research transfer programme. The aim is to further develop the performance of our control and analysis software – particularly in the areas of integration, interfaces, architecture, performance, accuracy and user-friendliness.

At the conference, we learned about current developments in crystallisation – with a focus on key challenges in the use of sensor technology. We were particularly interested in a study conducted by RPTU in cooperation with Sulzer Chemtech, in which optical imaging inline sensor technology is being tested in crystallisation processes with high suspension layers.

We assemble and pre-test our sensors in-house. If the results are flawless, the product can be sent to the customer.

Thanks to the support of ISB and three committed business angels, we can take the next important step in our company’s development with IPS. The financing enables us to further develop our technology in a targeted manner, strengthen the team and expand our market presence. We are looking forward to the next stages!
