denebON
Our robust image-based particle measurement technology as a pressure-resistant flow-through sensor for versatile use in process engineering
Precise particle analysis directly in the process
The denebON is a robust online sensor for use in pipelines and narrow apparatus. It is used to monitor bubbles in liquids and can be operated under elevated pressures and in potentially explosive environments.

To the feasibility analysisFrequently asked questions about the sensor technology
Is the process connection variable?
Yes, the process connection can be adapted to your individual requirements. Please note that for rental units and measurement campaigns only a limited selection of process connections is available.
Is the sensor available with ATEX certification?
Yes, the sensor is certified for ATEX Zone 2. Higher requirements? Get in touch with us if you need certification for Ex Zone 1 or 0.
What materials are the wetted parts made of?
We currently manufacture all wetted parts in high-grade stainless steel and rely on sapphire glass and durable seals. Get in touch with us if your application requires more resistant materials.
Is the sensor's measuring principle laser-based?
No, our sensors are based exclusively on an imaging measuring principle. This gives you the advantage of measuring particle shapes in addition to the particle size distribution. In addition, the image provides a direct and verifiable basis for the results.
How high is the temporal resolution of the measurement?
With our sensor technology, you can capture up to 10 images per second and evaluate them in real time. For dynamic processes, complex measurement protocols with varying acquisition rates are available.
What is included in the scope of delivery?
The sensor is equipped with a compact control cabinet. For more information on cable lengths and dimensions, please request a datasheet from us.
